Chiropractic Adjustments and RSV.

A chiropractic mother reported that her son was diagnosed with RSV.  Respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) is a very common virus that leads to mild, cold-like symptoms in adults and older healthy children. It can be more serious in young babies, especially to those in certain high-risk groups.  Rather than follow the standard hospitalization protocol she decided to proceed with an alternative treatment and adjusted her son every 2 hours during a 24 hour period.   When her son awoke the next day his fever had broke, his breathing regulated and the RSV had subsided.

Chiropractic care is a great alternative to traditional protocols.

A study on chiropractic care with a 9 year old epileptic patient

A nine year old girl came in to see  Susan Hooper PhD, DC, Allison Manis DC
complaining of suffering from uncontrollable blinking of the left eye and fainting spells.  She had been previously diagnosed by a neurologist as having occipital lobe epilepsy.   After the first adjustment the patient's eye twitching decreased and ceased to exist completely 3 weeks after the final adjustment.  2 years later the patient has not had any recurrences of the twitching.

Helping Bipolar, Seizure, and Sleep Disorders and Migraine Headaches

A 23-year-old male patient with rapid-cycling bipolar disorder, sleep disorder, seizure disorder, neck and back pain, and migraine headaches entered into a chiropractic study.  After 1 month of care, the patient reported an absence of seizures and manic episodes and improved sleep patterns. After 4 months of care, seizures and manic episodes remained absent and migraine headaches were reduced from 3 per week to 2 per month. After 7 months of care, the patient reported the complete absence of symptoms. Eighteen months later, the patient remains asymptomatic.
